Job Description:
We are seeking a professional to support a dynamic and growing business line in a highly visible role within a fun and supportive environment. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the return of employees to the office in September 2021, as well as the transition to a hybrid model of remote and in-office work arrangements. The ideal candidate for this position is a high-energy individual who loves to interact with people, including employees, clients and vendors.
Job Responsibilities:
- With minimal supervision, the Front Desk Administrative Assistant completes a wide range of administrative support activities.
- Activities are advanced and varied, requiring sufficient experience to evaluate and select appropriate steps, and the ability to effectively prioritize competing requests and switch focus as needed.
- Administering security cards/building access
- Preparing basic correspondence
- Special, ad-hoc assignments/projects requiring interaction across teams
- Setting up filing/organization procedures
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding of staff
- Other general administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for visitors, such as being personable and attentive
- Microsoft Office Suite of products, basic business writing, or similar) preferred, AA degree or relevant business certifications preferred. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
- High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
